My daughter had a root canal done today in this office. They let her go home in severe pain and pretty much said “oh well” with the pain, not cool, not cool at all! Now she’s at home in sever pain and no help at all with this office ?? She has never been treated this way before! My family will not be back!!!

I have been seen twice by Dr Merkle, the last time in an emergency situation during a hurricane. She is a wonderful and caring individual and her work is outstanding. To say she has feeling for her patients is an understatement. There are few people that I have came across with a level of passion for her work an empathy for her patients. The world would be a better place with more Dr Merkel’s in it.

I am at a loss to explain why Dr. Merkle does not have 5 stars on every review. I have been her patient for 20 years and have never had less than a 5 star experience. I recently had reason to consult her on a matter turned out to need a Neuro consult. She had her staff make a refferal to a Neurologist and them personally phoned me several days later to inquire if I had been taken care of. I think that says it all.

This Endodontist left a small tip of her tool in my gum during the procedure. From there major problems to severe infection to having an another root canal by a different Endodontist who explained why I was having pain. Eventually I had an apocoectomy done. Cost. 4000.00 to save my tooth. Do NOT use Dr. Merkel. I wish that there was a zero for a rating.

Ever since my root canal over 10 years ago bmy Health has steadily gone downhill. I've spent a fortune trying to get my health back. After five repeat visits to try to get the thing clean enough to permanently fill it, she just apparently gave up, filled it in and walked off in a huff nenver telling me what it could do to my health. But she got to keep my $2,000. I hope she enjoyed it.

Dr. Carol Merkle is in a league of her own. She is a very professional and caring Endodontic and puts her patients' first. I went to Dr. Merkle's office in severe pain and the staff worked me in the same day. Dr. Merkle attentively listened to me to ensure I understood the procedure beforehand. Dr. Merkle's friendly and courteous staff made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Reasonable fee and workable pay plans are a plus. I would definitely refer my family, friends and coworkers.
