Dr. Carol Orlando was my daughter's pedodontist; she had a no-cavity report
at every cleaning. She came home from her first visit with her new dentist crying; she was told she had 3 cavities and they were not new cavities. At a recent gather-together with her high school friends, one of her classmates mentioned finding out from having no cavity with Dr. Orlando, to having many cavities from her new dentist; and her sister from no cavity to 8 cavities.

My three children have been seeing Dr. Orlando for over five years. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled. Her office staff is very responsive to phone calls with questions. Dr. Orlando was also extremely helpful for orthodontist referrals for my daughter’s jaw issue. I highly recommend her.

I am not a dentist, so it is hard to accurately judge Dr. Orlando's expertise. Having said that, on every visit that I have take our daughter over the past 7 years, she inspires confidence in her competence. The office is easy to get to, good parking, prompt appointment. It would be nice if the office were said up to send email appointment reminders.

I have been going to Dr. Orlando for nearly two decades and she is a fantastic dentist. I have no complaints about her practice whatsoever. From the receptionists, to the techs, Dr. Orlando herself, this practice boasts a welcoming atmosphere for children. Dr. Orlando has overseen all of my complicated dental work, referring me to the best prosthodonists and orthodontists in the DC area. I could not be happier with her practice.

Worst dental practice ever!!!!! I would give no stars if possible. Rude front desk staff. Unprofessional. Hang up on patients. Dr. Orlando is unresponsive and does not return phone calls. Per her staff, she does not accept customer complaints and will only accept phone calls from customers in the case of dental emergencies. Will definitely be seeking legal counsel against this practice!

AWFUL! I do not recommend her to anyone! You have to wait weeks/months for next available appointment. Plus, she charges for unnecessary dental procedures and misdiagnosis's to make more money. Due to her incompetence with cleanings, she totally missed my child's decaying tooth that another Dental specialist confirmed. My child doesn't like candy or sugary drinks, and brushes teeth on a daily basis but, NOW, requires a root canal because of Dr. Orlando.
