Complaint
The nastiest and rudest dentist I’ve ever seen in my life, no one should let that lady touch they kids, the worst of the worst, she should remove from her duty honestly

Extremely unprofessional, rude and angry dentist.
Dr Ospina is a very unprofessional, angry, rude and unpleasant dentist Not sure who gave her a diploma, but she does not deserve to practice. Very bad attitude. I only asked why I would need an injection for doing 2 small fillings and she got so mad and sarcastic and denied treatment. But of coarse they took $50 from me in advance that had to reverse the transaction afterwards. The office manager Victoria ( another rude woman) liked me out of the room and told me Dr. Ospina will not treat me How bad is this ? Bad people, uncompassionate, unprofessional. Doctors are taking a mandatory owt to treat even their enemies. What owt Dr Ospina had taken ? This doctor has an anger problem and she should not practice anymore before get herself managed her anger.
