Dr. Carren Langford, DDS

I went to Great Expressions on June 3, 2021 I had to get some teeth extracted. Dr. Langford was amazing, When she administered the novocaine, I felt no pain, as well as her extracting my teeth. Dr. Langford was soo concerned about me, as well as her staff. Joy, and Ashley. The hygienist even came to the room to check on me. I'am so thankful that God ordered my steps to Great Expressions. I also want to thank Dr. Langford's assistant. This is an excellent dental facility. Thank you soo much Dr. Langford! The world needs more dentists like you. God bless each and everyone at Great Expressions. You get 5 big stars from Charlotte, if I could, I would give you 20 stars.

I went in for an emergency visit and she was able to pull the tooth the same day. She took such good care of me. She was so kind and professional. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist’s office.

Dr. LANGFORD was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. She is also very personable and welcoming with great bedside manner.

I was a walk in. I was in terrible pain. The dentist was doing a surgery, but still took time to examine me! They were short on staff, especially the one who takes xrays. They got one from the other dentist. Yes I had an infection. The dentist sent in a prescription and gave me a referral to see an Endodontist. I had been in pain for three days. The pain subsided once I took the medicine and the infection cleared quickly. I was not able to have my tongue touch my tooth without feeling pain! Kathleen and Ashley gave me exceptional customer service and so did Dr. Langford! I will recommend this Great Expression dental clinic to all my friends!

Dr. Langford was extremely kind and took her time explaining everything to my 9 year old. The staff was friendly and courteous. Will definitely be using her as our families go to dentist!

The level of care was good it just the wait time in the exam room that is just to long of a wait for someone who has taken time off of work for their appointment need to find a way to cut down the time one spends in the exam room overall everything was good.

I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. She truly a professional dentist.

Dr. Langford is outstanding. Very personal and makes you feel at ease. She explains what's being done and makes sure you are completely comfortable. The only issue I had was with her assistant Jessica, she needs additional training. Was not happy how many time my partial crown was taken out and put back, how she didn't clean the wax from my gums and I'm still cleaning cement out of my mouth after almost a week. Just not pleased at how she assisted and I will not have her take care of my teeth.
