Dr. Cassandra Dorsey, DMD

My daughter went to see her for a consultation to have 2 baby teeth extracted! One of the baby teeth are sensitive to the touch and my daughter cried and was basically yelling ow ow it hurts....the Dr tells her " you need to stop with the crying because it doesn't hurt you". She told my daughter this rudely through the whole appt! Run Run from this dentist! She has no business treating kids!!

I really liked that she was very thorough with explaining what work she was going to do on my son. She was very patient with us, and made sure to reassure me when I was nervous. Great bedside manner! My son is special needs and non verbal…she even took the time to introduce herself to him, and let him know he’s going to do great. Which spoke volumes to me, because many people think because he doesn’t speak, he doesn’t understand. Overall she was very humble and reassuring. I highly recommend her!

An absolute pleasure. Makes you feel comfortable in any situation. Caring and truely loving.

This doctor supposedly is trained in special needs patients, but she conducts her practice NOTHING like this. She's disorganized and disrespectful. I don't recommend any family with special needs children go here. She put my son through a living nightmare, which left a permanent negative effect on his life and oral health.

Condescending, rude, and told me that I was not telling the truth about what her caring and understanding staff had spent 30 minutes on the phone explaining to me.

I have been coming to Dr. Dorsey for 4 years now, have had quite a bit of work done to my teeth and she has done an amazing job. No problems what so ever. She is very professional and friendly! Really cares about you as a person not a client. Thank you!

I have been with Dr. Dorsey for 7 years, and always have found that Dr Dorsey will always spend the time to make you comfortable before, during and after treatment. She explains things fully, and tells you what she is doing. She has always been friendly and informative. I have never found her to 'push' any treatment or procedure. Always 'straight'

I am 74 years old and have had several dentists over my lifetime. Dr. Dorsey has been my dentist for the last 6 years. I will not change providers - she is terrific in every sense of the word. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a new dentist.

Dr. Dorsey is professional and friendly. She explains procedures to you, and if a situation presents a challenge, she performs procedures with carefulness and precision. I have given her several challenges, and she has always provided excellent treatment for me. I drive three hours to see her. I have had a few bad experiences other dentists, and I do not want to entrust my dental care with anyone else at this time. Dr. Dorsey has corrected errors by others. She is one of the Best!
