If you would have asked me 5 years ago, I would tell you that Dr. Pham is a good dentist. Since then, my husband passed away suddenly about 3 years ago. Both he and I owed Dr. Pham some outstanding balance amounts. He was always responsible for his own and my own. I paid Dr. Pham thousands of dollars for my balance and assumed we had squared away. Instead, she came after me for my deceased husband's $270 balance! I did not think she was so petty to send MY account to collections over this amount. Especially after the thousands I had already paid her and the damage she did to my $350 cashmere sweater when her assistant took dental impressions, which I forgave her for because I thought she was a decent person. Dr. Pham, how would you feel if your husband died suddenly and he was the primary breadwinner in your family? I think you are a petty and greedy person.
