Dr. Catherine Crichton, DDS

Catherine had been my dentist for many years before my experience. I went in for extreme pain and was told it was from clenching and I needed to do TMJ therapy. The pain was relentless. I called on two more occasions as was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I went to the doctor 2 times and was taken seriously for the pain. I woke up about a week after my initial dentist appointment with a large puss filled abscess on the roof of my mouth. I could barely swallow. Surprise! I had a severely infected tooth. No apologies, nothing! Will never see this dentist again. Dentists should care about their patients and their pain. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

I don’t know how she got the 2 low reviews. She was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient while she did my dental work. And she was a lot of fun. Once she did a quick cosmetic fix for FREE. Because she had time she said. She is wonderful!

Dr. Crichton did amazing bonding work on my front teeth that had a space and a bad chip. I could not believe she was able to make my teeth look so perfect and natural. It really changed my life. She was very gently and very pleasant!

Excellent dentist at a very well run practice. I have been with this practice for 30 years and with Dr Crichton for at least 10 years. I have been very satisfied with her care.

Dr. Crichton is a fantastic dentist working in a well run, most competent office. She is very pleasant, extremely intelligent, painless and most thorough. She takes the time to discuss your situation, educate you - if need be, and offer her advice/expertise on moving forward. She is excellent; I wouldn't go to anyone else. I've had excellent dentists in multiple locations over my 45 years but she is the best. Do yourself a favor, move under her care, you'll be very happy you did so.
