Nice - Uninterested and has too many patients
He's Nice and very busy on multiple chairs but not very attentive to explaining anything - My teeth are all turning black and he seemed indifferent just suggesting to put a cap back on a decaying tooth ....... This is just one example

I went to Dr. Johnson to have some teeth removed and get a denture to replace that. He and his staff were friendly except for the fact he was busy working multiple chairs at once and explained little about getting dentures, what to expect and where we need to go. I didn't have a clue about dentures. Now after a few months I found out what I have are temporary dentures. He never said one thing about returning for permanent dentures. He made a quick buck from me and he's moved on in his high speed money machine. I'm going for permanent dentures, but not from Dr. Johnson. He was a nice guy.

I had been seeing Dr. Johnson for a while for basic general dentistry. He was fine for that. I ended up needing an implant, Dr Johnson told me he could do it. The implant was put in, I followed the care instructions as I was instructed. I kept having issues with the implant. I went back for a follow up on the implant and was told that my issues were "normal". My implant soon cracked at it's base and fell out. I went and saw Dr. Johnson who then referred me to an oral surgeon. That Dr. told me that my implant base was most likely faulty and cracked when it was put in. THROUGH NO fault of mine! I tried to inform Dr. Johnson of this and was brushed off that this is my problem and not his!! How dare he! I do not recommend this man at ALL!!!

I called dr Johnson’s office for a new patient/hygiene appt for my 20 year old son (not a lot of calculus, easy) front staff was extremely rude, said there are no appts until April or May. Did not offer a quick call list. I called back to get him seen at least for an implant possibility. My son texted me while he was there said the front office staff was extremely rude. I did not tell him my opinion (I want him to be seen to address his missing tooth issue whatever.) My son said dr Johnson looked at him for ten mins referred him to an oral surgeon. Front staff had told me they would try to work him in for a cleaning, get him in on a quick call list but they did neither. They also assumed he was being referred to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal due to his age. My son had to tell them no it’s for my missing tooth. He said he did not want to go back there again. They were rude and not interested. I suppose dr Johnson is so extremely busy he doesn’t need new pts.

Dr. Johnson and O'Dell always see me very promptly. I have had horrible experience in the past with dentist. I love going to the dentist now. They help me with my everyday mouth hygiene but also with any cosmetic changes I have wanted such as bleaching. Dr. O'Dell goes over my chart with me and explains what I need done and why. Not to mention he sings with the radio!!!!!
