I have been waiting for over three months for a bar for my implants which they say has been ordered. I have called and stopped there several times with no results. This is the third time that the bar has broken. When I asked when they thought it would be in the dental assistant said “your getting it free so you have to wait”. Believe me, it was NOT free-I paid several thousand dollars for the implant.
I asked about possibly purchasing a better implant and was told that they would check on it and let me know. That has been six weeks ago and I have heard NOTHING. I am unable to eat because my implant is loose and not fitting and it has irritated my gums. I am very dissatisfied with this place.
