I went in for a cleaning as a new patient. Ins did not pay, I was one month short of my annual limit. When I called to question my bill and asked why they didn’t tell me it was not covered, they said that wasn’t their responsibility. Had they given me the billing code and recommended I call my Ins, I could easily have waiting a month to have it done. Again when I told the rep that, I was told it wasn’t her job. Just another hungry dentist.

Dr. Scott is a very good dentist but unfortunately the front staff in his office are unprofessional. I received a call the day of my appointment to see if I could come in earlier. It just so happened that something in the family had come up and I needed to cancel/reschedule my appointment for another day - luckily they'd just called so I thought I could just do it then. However the staff member was not happy with that. The timing must have been too close the appointment time so she was irritated. But life happens and it's their job to be professional about it. Instead of offering me another appointment date, the staff member decided to scold me. If you're a parent or need flexibility, this is not the practice for you.

Brought our three kids in for semi annual check up. Very welcoming and pleasant staff. Very nice office and love the side waiting room with TV for the little ones. Kim and Dr Scott made kids feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Thank you for taking such good care of our family.

I feel totally confident in Dr Scott. I have seen a lot of dentists in my life time and he is without a doubt in the top 3 on my list. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

He replaced multiple fillings for no reason other than payment and performed a root canal which has turned in to a nightmare for the past 2, nearly 3 years. More damage was done than anything good. A friend who also got a root canal done is experiencing the same thing. The cleanings were never consistent and half the time they didn’t even floss like a typical cleaning. Don’t expect a toothbrush at the end.

I just had my first appointment at the new Paragon Dental in Wexford yesterday. The experience was wonderful. Dr Scott and his staff were courteous, very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the care. Dr. Scott, as one of only a few practices in the area, made use of the newest advanced technology of cone beam Computed Tomography imaging. Allows the accurate diagnosis and treatment technique the first time. Highly recommend this superior practice!

Just visited Dr. Scott at the new location at his Paragon Dental in Wexford, PA. Beautiful clean, new facility and impressive technology. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Scott is legit. He has a calming demeanor and educated me on my options and helped me get the care I needed in a few short visits. Never felt a thing!!
