I would love to leave a great review considering my daughter’s RCT & experience went pretty well overall. Not a fan of Dr. Hatch’s snooty attitude or lack of patience when a mother has questions prior to a procedure but besides that I have to leave a negative review considering I paid cash in full the day of my daughters appointment, insurance then did their job and paid the office which in return this office owes me a good chunk of money that I’ve been trying to get since June 12th as they stated themselves they had the insurances money June 12th but have found every excuse in the book to not give me MY money back that was the over paid portion that they do owe me. Each time I’ve called they give me a different story and a different date of when I will get MY money back. I’ve called my dental insurance and local 513 union hall and no one is happy about this. I’m not sure if this office is just this dishonest or hard up for money but what’s right is right and they owe me money so I’m n

My first experience with Dr. Clark was over ten years ago when I had a root canal. It was the best one I ever had. I recently needed additional root canals done and I knew without a doubt I would be returning to Dr. Clark. Not only does he do fantastic work, but he is compassionate, caring and gentle. His sense of humor is a bonus. Who expects to be laughing during a root canal? He discusses what needs to be done and why, and explains each step during the procedure so you always know what to expect. The entire staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Erika is very personable and helpful discussing appointments or insurance issues. All the assistants are kind and professional while preparing you for the procedure and they make sure you are comfortable. They all make a normally unpleasant experience less unpleasant with their calming and reassuring manner. This is an exceptional office that I highly recommend for excellent care.

Thought I was going in for an analysis but next thing I know they were going to prep me for a root canal. I left but still had to pay $630.00 for and x ray and if I did the root canal it would have been $2,164.00.i left with a lousy paper print out of my x ray I contacted a dentist in Merida Mexico. The spoke excellent English. They were very professional and courteous explaining everything. I made the trip to Merida and made several appointments for xray which was $79.00 a deep cleaning and root canal $199.00. No pain just a great experience $2800.00 for Clarke $280.00 in Mexico.

I have been to Dr. Clark for several root canals. He never fails me to keep me calm and pain free and I know I’m difficult. His staff is great! Would not go anywhere else! Thank you! Diana K

Dr. Clarke was friendly and kind. He was also unbelievably fast. It was so comfortable that I almost forgot I was at a dentist’s office. The entire team was efficient and friendly. Though I hope I never need another root canal, I know where I’ll be going if I need another one.

I am terrified of the dentist because of a traumatizing experience I had years ago. Dr. Clarke and his assistant Aimee, I believe, made it so easy on me. They made sure I was comfortable, and were very thorough in explaining what they were doing. I appreciate the care and concern of my anxiety so much.

I was in severe pain and the kind office staff was able to schedule me right away without delay. The office staff is kind, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Clarke is phenomenal. He is very skilled at what he does, he has this computerized anesthesia injection system so he doesn’t have to stick you a million times, he makes sure that you’re good and numb before he starts. Dr. Clarke also walks you through the procedure and updates you on how the procedure is going and what he’s doing. I would never even consider going to another Endodontist because I know if he does it is going to be done correctly the first time.

I was pleased & grateful that Dr Clarke was able to see me on such short notice but through him & his skilled team, I received the care I sorely needed.

Dr Clarke and staff were great! Very caring and professional. And during the pandemic, I was so impressed by their procedures and cleanliness. Made me feel a lot safer to have to get out. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Short sweet and efficient!!!!!

It’s hard enough when you’re in pain to try to figure out where to go what to do and make an appointment. From the first phone call I made to Dr. Clarke’s office I was greeted with a Friendly knowledgeable person that truly cared about my issue. I was seen the same day I called and when I got to the office they explained everything to me numbed me up and Dr Clarke triple checked to make sure I was ready to go. He explained everything to me as he did my procedure and made sure I was ok the whole time. I would highly recommend Dr Clarke and his staff to anyone that has Dental needs.

Dr. Clarke is AMAZING! I was so nervous going in, I've never had a root canal. But first his staff was was reassuring and then when he came into the room... he explained everything. He numbered me up... there was no pain at all during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Clarke.

Came in for a root canal - in and out of their office in record time! Staff polite and professional, so much that I am going back next week for one more.
