Dr. Charles Loo, DMD

Dr Loo took me late on Friday evening and he and his assistant worked carefully to do my root canal. He made sure there would be no pain, he also applied lip balm several times to comfort me as well. While waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, he chatted amiable about life and books and history.He then followed up by calling me Sunday night to ask how I was feeling. The office is pristine the music peaceful, everything one could ask for and more. I thank God for him!

I have had the unfortunate circumstance of a fair amount of dentistry in my days. I can say though without reservation that Dr Loo is the most outstanding endodontist that has ever treated me. He explained the procedure in sufficient detail, took great care throughout the treatment, the procedure was finished on time and with virtually no discomfort. I would strongly recommend him for any work. It also helps that he has treated multiple family members all who share this best in class experience. Highest review/stars possible.

Dr. Loo is one of the best endodontists in his field . His skill, as well as his time and attention to detail, is noting short of remarkable. He was able to save a tooth that my dentist thought could not be saved. I was able to avoid needing an implant and I am forever grateful. Dr. Loo deserves ten stars!

I went to see Dr Loo for a root canal retreatment on a Friday before the 4th of Jul weekend. Chance of success was estimated to be 60% (the alternative was losing the tooth). Procedure turned out to be more difficult and lengthier than expected but Dr Loo persevered and saved the tooth despite having to shift the next two appointments of the day. Practice is modern and staff is pleasant and responsive. Special thanks to Anna who treated me very nicely (assistant), Kathy and Sue (front desk).

Dr. Loo is AMAZING! Having 3 root canals within a year, he took care of me and made me feel comfortable. The office staff was kind and welcoming. They also helped me out with payment plans. you are crazy if you go anywhere else for a root canal, especially not your general dentist

I have been to Dr. Loo a few times over the years. Each time I leave, I am amazed at his gentleness and professionalism. He is a very competent and caring doctor. Went to Dr. Loo for second opinion - first opinion was to remove my tooth and get a surgical implant. Dr. Loo disagreed and saved my tooth. I highly recommend him for his attention to detail and caring concern about avoiding unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Loo is excellent! His office staff is professional and very courteous. If you have to have a root canal he’s the best. He is meticulous & explains as he goes along so you know what to expect. I know many doctors go to him. His office has state of the art equipment and he’s located in a beautiful newly renovated office.

I have known Dr. Loo for over 25 years, both as a colleague and as a patient. He is a very good clinician and always considers the best interest of the patients. I have worked with many endodontists in my 30 years of practice. However, I have not worked with a better endodontist than Dr. Loo. His technical and diagnostic skills are excellent. He would only do treatment when necessary. I have sent many difficult cases to him. In some cases patients were told to extract the tooth by other dentists. Dr. Loo was able to treat the teeth successfully and saved them. As a patient I had an infection of a lower front tooth from an old trauma. Dr. Loo was able to treat the technically difficult tooth that otherwise would have to be extracted. I trust his judgement and skill so much that I have taken my parents to him whenever they need endodontic treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Loo for endodontic treatment with confidence.
