Dr. Charles Reed, DDS

My dentist recommended his colleague, Dr. Reed, to fix my bite as part of my long term dental plan. DO NOT use Dr. Reed for adult orthodontics. As soon as he was paid in full he couldn't be bothered to address ongoing bite issues and tooth movement. He was less helpful than those Invisalign via mail order services and so much more expensive. I never write these reviews, but he literally bribes patients to give him favorable reviews (constant prizes and incentives posted throughout his offices), so I'm writing this one to balance the content. The staff were lovely, by the way, but somewhat creepy with the matching office staff outfits they are forced to wear.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. Reed explains things thoroughly, and appointments run smoothly and on time. My son’s teeth look great!

Referred by my dentist of 10 years. I’ve been using a sleep appliance from somewhere else for breathing & jaw pain for approx 10 years. Need adjustments. Taking impressions is all digital here. No messy trays. Product is more high tech. Multiple staffers involved. Everyone patient and thorough. Will proceed with sleep test and next steps for insurance. Everything included in price. Asked if I had any more questions several times. Not rushed. Office neat and clean.

I am incredibly thankful for Dr Reed and his amazing staff! My sons and I feel so welcomed and at ease at each appointment; we all genuinely enjoy coming. :) The level of care and expertise that we have received for nearly 2 years now, is nothing short of outstanding. I cannot recommend Reed Ortho enough!

Simply excellent

The staff is really friendly and kind - my sister and her Fiancé are getting invisalign from Dr. Reed and recommended him. Dr. Reed broke down my treatment in a way I could understand. The payment coordinator really works with you about payment options and different possibilities depending on your financial standing. If I can ever afford my treatment, I'll be going here!

Dr. Reed’s office is very accommodating and professional. Friendly staff and everyone is very knowledgeable!

Dr. Reed has been the orthodontist for both of my daughters. My younger daughter will now get her Invisalign in about a month!

I would like to say that Dr Charles Reed and his Staff do a outstanding job with their Patients. I would highly recommend them when considering Orthodontic work. I received Invisiline treatment and the staff did a marvelous job on correcting my teeth !!!

The appliance I received from Dr. Reed works fabulously. The follow up and customer service is top shelf.

For an initial consultation, I give this practice 5 stars. From start to finish everyone was upbeat, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable. This group is a breath of fresh air! The provider and staff won me over.

Dr. Reed is the best orthodontiist around! He has done my daughters child braces and my adult braces and I have the highest respect and appreciation for this office. My daughter had a tough time breathing through her nose and would snore very loudly when she slept. It was embarrassing for her to stay the night with friends. I took her in to get her adenoids and tonsils removed but it offered little relief. Dr Reed was able to not only give her a beautiful smile he cured her from snoring!!!
