They charged me $8.00 to process a credit card?!? They seemed annoyed when I refused extra services and are constantly pushing their dental plan which is outrageous. Love my hygienist but will not be back.

I am only leaving this review because I feel it is important. This practice is more about a cash grab and less about dentistry. They are constantly pushing un-needed products and their insurance practices are sketchy at best. They are constantly reminding you about utilizing unused dental insurance “funds”. “If you don’t use it, you lose it”. I get it, we are all trying to make a buck, but I am not sure this is how insurance was intended to be used.Go to a dentist where they care about your teeth and less about their bottom line.

I had to return after my apt for a filing to remove an object that they left between my teeth. I would recommend Roach Family Dental. I was told my by the staff that my visit would be covered at 80%, instead it was covered at 60%. The numbers that I was told also differed from what the insurance company told me.

I had 5 teeth removed. They asked what pharmacy I wanted to pickup my pain meds from and I told them. I double checked before leaving when and where. Pharmacy had no record and the dentists office was closed. I left a message on their voicemail. They never called me back. Turns out they sent it to a different pharmacy other than the one agreed on. Over 24 hours in agonizing pain. Even prison dentists make sure you get some pain meds and aren’t cruel due to incompetence. Not what I would of hoped from an expensive Green Hills dentist. Sorry/not sorry for this angry review as I still haven’t had any pain meds.

Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. They have extended hours and are open Saturdays. I can't say enough good things about this place!

Dr. Roach is awesome! He is our Dentist for the whole family. The office staff is incredible. They are always friendly and greet us with a smile. Professional in every way. Making an appointment is a breeze and they will even come in on the weekends in case of an emergency. We see him in his Green Hills office. The facilities are clean and first class. I would recommend Dr. Roach, his associates and staff to anyone.
