Dr. Charles Roy, DDS

Dr. Charles Roy did a Root Canal for me. I had no pain even with shots in my mouth. He was so gentle & I hate shots, but didn’t feel anything. He has what they call a Dr. with a great bedside manner. He was reassuring & my entire Root Canal was totally painless. His assistant was so good also. It took so little time and was a wonderful experience. I would recommend Dr. Charles Roy to everyone. You will not be sorry. I love this Doctor. The best you’ll ever find. Thanks Dr. Roy, you are special !!

As professional as he claims to be,he couldn't handle my root canal situation! Worked on me for 2 hrs and finally said get it pulled, that's what I wanted to avoid, nothing left to chew on the left side! Nothing accomplished and still billed my ins. $500, didn't have enough left to afford any other work on the tooth he destroyed! Would never recommend!

This was not my first root canal but it was the first with Dr. Roy. I was greeted with a very friendly and professional staff. The procedure on the root canal was painless and went much faster than I anticipated. There were no lingering effects of the anesthesia or pain. Although a root canal is not considered a pleasant experience is was certainly not unpleasant as it was with previous dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Roy and his staff to anyone

I was deceived and told by four different people that everything was covered, and I would not be billed. Within two weeks I already had a bill in the mail. I have never had a doctors office bill insurance first, and then already have you billed in two weeks of everything. They did not tell me the truth, and my bill proves that. Based on them running a dishonest practice I would simply suggest people go elsewhere.

I was completely deceived here by four different people with one of them being the doctor himself. All four people told me everything was covered, and I would not be billed. Within two weeks of being seen I have already received a bill in the mail that says otherwise. I called the office, and Pam was very rude and unprofessional about it. I will not be paying a bill that I do not owe. Obviously this office has no problem telling people stuff that is not true to get money out of them.To make this short and sweet. Simply don't go here, and go somewhere else.

I was mislead and promised by four different people that I would owe nothing for this work done one of them being Dr. Charles Roy himself. Then I get a bill in the mail that proves otherwise. I guess the thousands they collected from my insurance wasn't good enough, and they want the rest of the money even though they lied to me about this. When I talked to staff about this everyone was rude. Based on this experience I wouldn't suggest anyone come here because they will lie to you, and have no problem doing it. I thought they were better than this, but I guess not.

Dr Roy and Crystal were amazing! I had a root canal and had absolutely no pain at all. They greeted me upon arrival and told me what was going on during the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Roy for any dental work,Rickey Caballero

If a dentist questions whether a tooth needs a root canal before placing a crown, find a new dentist! Thank you Dr Roy for saving my tooth! So, glad I was referred to you!!

Dr Roy did a root canal on my 90 year old mom, she is still in pain. After making 1 adjustment, she is still hurting, he told her there's nothing he can do, to go find an oral surgeon. He got his money, and done with her!

This is the only review I have ever posted. Dr. Roy and of his staff are wonderful. I highly recommend going to his practice.

My first visit was OK - Just X-rays but when I went for my procedure he was very rude. I have a little anxiety when it comes to dentist. He put this large appliance in my mouth that I could not tolerate. He told me he had back problems and could not be bending over me for that long and having to wait on me. I told him I would just get tooth pulled then and I left. I had already paid him 2-300 for xrays. I later went to Dr Hebert ( wonderful) and she did the 3D X-rays which showed I needed an Apicot and not Root Canal Therapy. So his diagnosis was even wrong!

Dr Roy and his staff was great. My daughter had a root canal done, Dr. Roy and his staff were very helpful and really nice. They made her feel comfortable with during her procedure. Thank you, we highly recommend using Dr. Charles Roy!

Horrible! I had a root canal done 8 days ago and I’m in more pain than before I went in. He did my root canal with an infection which now has spread to my whole to leafy jaw and into my ear and nose. Then to top it off I had a panic attack and the dr said man she’s worst than a 2 year old. He didn’t know my friend hadn’t walked off so she heard him. I’ll never trust another dentist!

Thanks Dr. Roy and your entire staff for job well done and an exceptional experience. I was extremely anxious about having a molar root canal and in saving my existing crown. The staff was splendid and set my mind at ease. Dr. Roy performed the necessary tests, thoroughly discussed his diagnosis and the procedure, and answered all my questions. The root canal was a painless success and the crown was saved! By the next morning it was like nothing happened. I highly recommend Dr. Roy.

Dr Roy DID NOT perform a thorough exam on me - completely misdiagnosed my problem and then wanted to charge me over $2000.00 to "fix" my tooth. I called a different dentist/oral surgeon and went to the appointment today. He explained everything to me in detail, laid out a plan and cost half as much. I will not recommend Dr Roy to ANY of my family or friends as I feel all he wanted to do was make more money off my insurance company and me. Extremely disappointed with his care.

The Doctor and his staff are awesome. I didn't have any discomfort during the entire procedure. This is the first time I left a dentist office smiling!! Thank you Dr Roy and your entire staff.
