Dr. Charles Sampognaro, DDS

Sampanoro explained to me that he could do everything I expected that needed done and when he got through with me I was in tears with the results,it wasn't because of pain,it was with the work he done and his nurses ,I did not leave his parking lot until I filed a grievance against him and he should have not got paid for what he done cause I did not use his work I went to a different dentist..Dr Hubstutter ,he was Amazing,his office is on Cypress Street in West Monroe if you go there you will not be discouraged..

Image spot in January 2021 appt date March 15. They called once in January to see if I wanted appt someone had cancelled. I said no. They then called back February 22 left no message I called today on March 15 to see why they didn’t call Friday to confirm and remind all doc and dentists do that they cancelled my appt they said because they couldn’t reach me never ever have I encountered this. Poor customer service and to cancel my appt and not leave a message is so wrong. They never contacted me to let me know and I still have message where she said nothing and hung up on February 22. So glad I found out how they run their business I recommend never to go to this dentist his 20 year employee. Didn’t do her job properly
