Smiles by Shaw is without a doubt one of the most professional and friendly dental practices I've ever been in. I just recently changed dentists due to my previous dentist's retirement. He was kind of "old school" and so I was impressed with all of the new technology that Dr. Marcuard has at her disposal. Her support team is extremely competent and everyone is just so nice!

Dr. Marcuard is a very knowledgeable, kind, and caring dentist. She takes the time to explain everything to you and make sure that you are comfortable. I drive over an hour just to see her for my dental work! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Marcuard is not only a consummate professional at her job but an extremely knowledgable and skilled dentist. I would highly recommend anybody to go and see her.

Dr. Marcuard not only misdiagnosed my dental pain as tooth ligament strain when I needed 2 root canals, but she also dismissed my continued pain and refused to prescribe different pain medications. When she was attempting to fit a mouth guard for me, after an hour of trying unsuccessfully, she told me that I would get used to it. When I went to another dentist, he tested the teeth for sensation, performed 2 root canals, and fitted a mouth guard properly, completely fixing the problem.
