I'm very conflicted about which rating to give. He was extremely pleasant, informative, and patient. However, I'm not certain he numbed me up all the way, even though I was clear that I always had trouble getting numbed up. He also recommended a $700 mouthguard, although when I questioned him, he did let me know that I could find a cheaper one myself. Finally, he promised to send me images of my teeth a few times but did not get them to me.
