gentle and reasonable
I have been with Dr Chui for over a decade. never felt pressure to buy in any unnecessary treatments. I referred all my family and friends to him and everyone just loves Dr Chui!

love the cleanliness and the attention to details
I could say this is probably the cleanest office I have ever been to. Everything was so detailed oriented and I could tell they spend a lot of attention on the setup for the patients to feel safe and comfortable. Doctor was also very gentle and nice. I would come back

Unscrupulous billing practices
I received a bill in the mail (mind you, this is the first bill I had received from them since 2019) for a balance due of over $900 dating back to the services from March and April of 2019!! I called the billing department and they said that they had recently done an audit of their billing records and found they didn't charge me enough for their services back then. I'm sorry but what? I have Never heard of anything like this before. It's completely shady and you better believe that this review is being posted everywhere it needs to be posted as well as with the BBB. This is completely unacceptable.

great dentist
Dr Chui was great! Had some work done by him and he was so careful with a nervous person like me. I have always been terrified going to the dentist but he was so patient and nice to go over all the process with me. He took tons of photos along the way and made me feel that everything step was under control and I felt I was in great hand. In the middle of the treatment, I was so calm that I actually felt asleep that I needed to apologize by closing my mouth without noticing it. Thanks Dr Chui and I recommend him highly!
