Dr. Christian Pilgrim, DDS

Long story short, after using this office for several years I had a terrible experience when Dr. Pilgrim put in a crown that ended up with an abcess in my gum which led to having to get oral surgery for the entire tooth to be extracted and cadaver bone put in. The ensuing abcess infection from the crown that Dr. Pilgrim put in is now going to cost me thousands of additional dollars, pain and time before I have a tooth again. I called the office to see about getting this resolved and was then told that they also had been holding onto $292 that ended up being paid in excess but they hand my bothered to send me the refund. Usually that is common practice for an office to immediately send excess fu da back to the customer. Apparently Dr. Pilgrim thought he should not even notify me of the amount and sure as heck did not send it back to me. His office has kept this since 2020. I will be contacting the better business bureau, the dental board, insurance company about the abcess from here.

Dr. Pilgrim was extremely arrogant from the first visit I saw him. He never introduced himself. He acted disgusted that I had a couple of cavities. I was in for a routine cleaning and had no idea that anything was wrong. When going in to get it fixed, he was unable to help me and got angry with me! He left me unable to open my jar for two days! Then he had the guts to bill me for the appointment where he didn't do anything! My family will never be seeing Dr. Pilgrim again!
