Sent to Collections for $6.37
I paid $600 out of pocket for a crown. When it was time for my cleaning I called to ask about my appointment. They informed me I had an unpaid claim. I asked how much it was. $6.37 was the response. I offered to pay it but was informed that it was sent to a third-party collection and they won't be able to see me. Ok. If they're hurting for $6.37 and sending me to collections then I don't want to return to them.

Very unprofessional, rude and after 17 years with them, they dropped me claiming I had missed three appointments without cancelling which was absolutely untrue.
