Dr. Zertuche was very friendly and professional when I came in to see her. She was very thorough in all her explanations so I always knew what was going on, and always ensured that I was comfortable. I appreciate seeing a successful endodontist like her that is very knowledgeable and professional. She was very thorough in understanding any dental situation I was going through, which assured me that I was getting the best care possible. She is available by phone for any emergencies outside of office hours as well. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Zertuche who is looking for an endodontic specialist.

Dr. is professional, patient, thorough, personable and gentle. Makes a genuine connection and guides the patient through each and every step of the procedure. Made the intimidating root canal visit tolerable because she explains the procedure. Dr also warns of the upcoming sensation/sensitivity during the procedure. Has a humanistic approach to her practice. Does not overbook. No waiting. Individualize attention. Checked in the day after the procedure. Highly recommend Dr. As I said to the Dr., I don't want to see her again for root canal but certainly wouldn't mind seeing her on personal level Very likeable.
