I waited two hours to see her after a referral from my dentist. I also had to wait two weeks to get in to see her for the examination before my procedure And I had a broken off crown That could become infected. She did not even come in to see me but told her assistant I had to go to Southwestern to get my tooth extraction done. She did not even have the courtesy to come in to talk to me about it and also to look at my mouth and see what had to be done. I have never done A complaint on a doctor before but this was totally unprofessional. She should at least have examined me before deciding I needed to go to a hospital with Covid so prevalent now during the holidays.

a year ago BEWARE...Don't do it! Dr Christine Coke is a terrible doctor. Took my son to have his wisdom teeth extracted. They would not allow me to go back with my son before putting him to sleep..not to mention the old lady at the front desk was extremely rude.. we should have left then, I still have guilt today from not following my instincts...during his scheduled follow up visits we would express to Dr Coke that my son's pockets seemed to not be healing well, she would respond rudely and say well he's just not cleaning the pockets correctly..long story short ..jumping ahead to a month later my sons right side of jaw and tongue was still numb. When I addressed this with Dr Coke she was not concerned and sent us on our way. Two months later he's still numb so I took my son to another DDS for a second opinion. This doctor after doing several test discovered that Dr Coke had damaged his Lingual Nerve during the wisdom teeth surgery. This doctor was extremely shocked

Wow. So impressed with Dr. Coke and her staff. My 16-year-old autistic son just had his wisdom teeth extracted. It took over an hour for him to be willing to have the iv put in. Dr. Coke and her staff were so patient with him. We had two other oral surgeons who wouldn’t perform surgery on patients with “that kind of autism,” and seemed like they’d never treated a patient with autism before. I’m beyond grateful we found Dr. Coke.

I was recommended to Dr. Coke by a co-worker who had a good experience. Dr. Coke's work was ok but because of our experience with Donna, her Office Manager, I would not recommend anyone to go here. I have also heard similar stories from neighbors since my experience.

My daughter suffered a traumatic injury after being hit in the mouth with a softball. Not only did Dr. Coke and her staff stay late into the evening to perform emergency surgery but they made sure my daughter and I were both comfortable and completely at ease. The follow up care was outstanding. They did such an amazing job with the surgery that you cannot even tell that there was ever an injury! We love Dr. Coke and her staff.

My daughter was talking back to me going under sedation which was perfectly fine. Dr. Coke told my daughter she won't take any sass. My daughter wasn't even talking to her. We were both ready to leave but at that point it was too late. Dr. Coke is rude I was thinking about going to her for some work but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone and upset my regular dentist referred her. She's rude and unprofessional.

Went in for alveoplasty (sp) which was suprisingly quick and pretty painless. Thank goodness they gave me Xanax to take before I got there or I would have been beyond frustrated with the hour I sat in the waiting room after my appointment time but they did apologize. Had not met Dr. Coke at my evaluation appointment, which was kind of weird but I was ok with it. She seemed very nice for the 3 mins I saw her before my procedure. Everything went well and I was out of there in around an hour.
