Dr. Christine Kirchner, DDS

The most unprofessional and juvenile medical or dental office experience I’ve had to date. I did not have concerns with the services or treatments offered, however there were frequent last minute cancellations and rescheduling requests over the past two years creating mild nuisances and most recently, after forgetting my scheduled appointment on their end, the receptionist lied to me about it and when I disagreed with the excuse provided, they saw me, charged me and the receptionist then called my number to personally insult me and dismiss me as a patient. Complete and utter lack of customer service mindset. It’s unfortunate as I would have loved to support a female dentist in the area.

Dr. Kirchner created a treatment plan that was unnecessary and exorbitant in cost - several thousands of dollars. I went to another dentist in the area who didn't make any of the same recommendations. I see the dentist faithfully every 6 months and have had no major issues for years. I will not be back.

I am a new patient to Dr. Kirchner and so far I have had a great experience. Dr. Kirchner is very thorough in explaining things and procedures. She makes sure to go over everything thoroughly when suggesting a procedure or doing a consultation. I felt very welcomed as a new patient. She is the best dentist in West Seattle! The staff is always kind and nice to me and treats me well. They are very professional in their actions and mannerisms and have good customer service skills. The office is very clean and I love the vibe. When I had a suggestion about how they should update their forms, they took the suggestion and did it. That was appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirchner as a dentist.
