Dr. JERNIGAN & STAFF consistently provide EXCEPTIONAL services each time my daughter visit. Our first encounter was very warm, friendly and personable. From our first encounter, my daughter and I was so impressed with the practice' creative, beautiful, Movie & Disney like environment and friendliness; we were immediately excited and comfortable continuing her orthodontist journey with this practice. Dr. Jernigan and his team was so thoughtful, kind and personable with my daughter at the a recent visit following a really bad accident she experienced during the holidays last year. His genuine concern, personal connection and relatable experience shared with my daughter really warmed our hearts. Their acts of kindness and care shown during this particular visit was so encouraging and uplifting for my daughter. If you are looking for a professional, caring, friendly and pleasant environment, this is the practice you definitely need to choose for your orthodontist and dental needs.

I was assessed for orthodontics this appointment and the staff took hundreds of pictures of my teeth and explained the process including the payment option.

Dr. Jernigan and his entire staff are the pinnacle of professional and knowledgeable. Their facility is state of the art and very organized. They also have themed decorating through out that make the place very fun to visit. Everyone that works there is very polite and genuinely care about what you are there for. I also like how organized and structured Dr. Jernigan is. He seamlessly moves from client to client addressing the needs of your visit and working with his skilled staff as they efficiently provide care. Amazing personalities with all staff. Fantastic work with braces, questions, follow ups, calling back, scheduling, the works. The very first appointment for Xrays and a plan was more then I expected. My daughter was scared and came out laughing. They go above and beyond. Honestly cant ask for more.
