Having had extensive dental work over the years, except fo one other(retired) dentist, Dr Latvis is the most thorough, compassionate and caring dentist I have ever encountered. His intelligence and expertise is quite obvious. I have visited his office twice In preparation for an extensive procedure. His staff is outstanding. I am excited to have my reconstruction under his care. This is the feeling I have before he has even begun work!

I have gone to Dr Latvis for 20 years and he is great. The office is clean and the staff are professional and all very accommodating. You cannot do better if you want a great dentist.

Whoever wrote 1 star has no idea what they are talking about. Dr. Latvis is the best dentist you can get in the CT area. A cleaning service is causing her to write a 1 star review has NOTHING to do with the dentist's working ability. He is a hardworking dentist who goes above and beyond for all patients (even seeing patients on emergency including weekends). His employees are always happy and the entire staff gets along like a family.

A family friend who is also a dentist highly recommended Dr. Latvis. I was told that he is the one that dentists go to for THEIR care. This doctor has an extraordinary education and over twenty-five years of experience. I received crowns from him and so did other members of my family. We happily travel two hours for this wonderful man's expertise. I found him to be conscientious, caring and gentle. He was very professional and SO kind! I highly recommend him.

Dr Latvis was condescending to his staff and smirking at them. He was unprofessional my entire visit. He was rude to his employees. If that's how he treats hem, I can find another dentist. The exam room could have been cleaner. Someone commented that he doesn't have a professional cleaning service. Really? in this day and age? How sanitary is that? Poor, poor overall!
