Crooked and greedy
Waited for root canal apt which was time sensitive because I already had a temp crown. Showed up on time ON MY BIRTHDAY. Had insurance and forms completed, only to be informed that because my spouse didn’t answer the phone two hours prior when they called, they cancelled the apt. Of course, they offered to take my money anyway and have the dentist visit with me, but refused to do the root canal. EDIT: Once the doctor was told I left a bad review, he phoned to dispute it. He told me how it was my fault that we missed the call, and that, if I had only stayed in the office until the end of the day instead of leaving when they cancelled my procedure (apt was at 1pm) maybe there would have been time to accommodate me. This place is the epitome of the blame game. The only type of apology I got was that it was my birthday and that I was upset on it. I was so stunned at the lack of concern and the amount of blame, I just told him I had an apt elsewhere and got off the phone. Avoid!

Excellent. Was very anxious about root canal after tooth extraction by another oral surgeon. I felt better after a consultation and had BP issues to contend with. Made appt for root canal and a very kind nurse checked my BP and I arranged medication dosage so the root canal was painless. Would highly recommend Dr. Palmer for any procedure he performs.

I saw Dr. Palmer last week to retreat a tooth that had a root canal done Feb. 2020. by another dentist. I continued to have problems with the tooth. The other dentist was not in town any longer for him to retreat. Dr. Palmer got me in quickly done a consult. He retreated the root canal by removing all the previous work and found another canal in the root that was previously missed. His treatment was painless and he took time to completely finish the root canal in one visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer.

Having had my share of root canals, Dr Palmer handles them the best! He is more thorough than any other dentist, and takes the time needed to explain why and how he is going to help me save my tooth. The staff is very helpful in scheduling and chairside, as well. Overall, just a great place!! Highly recommend.

Just left Apex Endodontics and Dr. Palmer, after having a root canal. I highly recommend this office! The staff was very kind, courteous, patient, reassuring, and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pain with numbing injections or the root canal.

I was referred to Dr. Palmer by my dentist for root canal therapy. My experience was really good. Dr. Palmer has a really calming voice and works gently. My tooth felt better the next day and I had no pain in my jaw. I felt more comfortable getting my root canal therapy from Dr. Palmer than I did getting fillings at my dentist and that's the truth! He is a sweet person and did a good job answering my questions. I would very very HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.

This doctor charges more for an office visit than a surgeon who saves lives! His charges are way overinflated! No wonder no one is in the waiting room the two times I've been there for his expertise! And I still had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for his time!

Very good listener. Perfect skills. He is so good, I needed 2 root canals on two molars right next to one another, he did both at the same time at my request.
