This practice is out of network for ALL insurance providers, which greatly increases cost. Parents are not allowed in the back with their children, as they say this "eliminates stress" the child may experience. I found this was not the case for my child. The staff is not willing to address any concerns brought to their attention. They simply state "Perhaps this isn't the right match for you and your family". Patients are expendable, which does not support their slogan of "Old-Fashioned Values".
