DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ! A preventative care visit resulted in a $100 bill for our family. The office performed multiple x-rays exceeding our insurance benefits without disclosing or advising that limit to us or even giving us the option to decline. When the bill was contested the office blamed us for not knowing what our limits are, as if we are knowledgeable about the various types of radiology exams or what every step of a preventative visit is. That is the responsibility of the dentist office, at least I thought. You lost 5 patients, too bad I had to pay $100 to experience this incompetence and being taken advantage of.

After 50+ years of dreading the dentist (and trying several) Dr Safranski was highly recommended by a dear friend, so I gave him a try. And so glad I did! From making my appointment - front staff and assistants are so kind and efficient. Dr Chris is most gentle and explained everything as he went along. I would definitely recommend his practice (and I have already!) I actually look forward to going, a first for me ever.

Have been going to Dr Safranski for over 1 year now. Very knowledgeable and explains everything quite well. Will be going to him during this Pandemic and try him and his staff to keep us all safe ......

Positive and very pleasant Dental experience!
Staff,hygienist,and Dr. Safranski were very welcoming,personable,and attention to detail.As a senior who has lived in different states and experienced countless dental procedures,I can honestly say Dr. Chris Safranski is a very caring,skilled,and knowledgeable young man who explained in detail the digital pics,how to treat my gum issues and future dental procedures. I would without reservation recommend Dr. Chris Safranski of Spring Valley,Illinois to provide excellent dental services.
