Dr. Clair Poff, DDS

Dr Clair Poff is awesome. I hate going to the dentist but she makes it not so bad. My family goes here and we never have a bad experience! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had several cavities. She got treated very well, and the doctor made her feel safe and calm. I would strongly recommend her.

We love Dr. Poff. She is wonderful!!!! I brush and floss my teeth constantly, but bc of the acidity in my mouth, i still have cavities often... ?? She does a wonderful job and offers wonderful advice on what i can be doing better!!

I had to cancel an appointment due to a death in the family. She called me back regarding it and she didnt apologize, give her condolences, or even say she was sorry. She was very angry that I had to reschedule. The next time that I came in she looked right at me while sitting behind the desk, but did not say one single word to me. VERY unprofessional. Horrid wait times. Schedule is 2 months out. Once I even had extreme pain from teeth that had to be removed and she just gave me a lecture about being to antibiotics and no emergency appointments.

I was told by Dr. Clair that I had somehow managed to form 12 cavities in less than a year after having none. Doesn't seem plausible to me. After she told me this, and I asked to have my mom come into the room because of my anxiety, which did not happen, she decided to lecture me intensely about how I should not be drinking coffee or energy drinks. This went on for a solid four or five minutes, and I was in tears, when she finally finished and I was able to say that I DONT drink either.
