HORRIBLE front desk and billing practices.
Cannot get a return call. The office billing people are incompetent as they cannot figure out how to properly bill my insurance. Office NEVER ANSWERS their phone calls. You will never get through to a human. I have to leave messages and NO ONE calls me back. The outside billing company also confirms the fact they cannot get a hold of office staff. Dr. Bender is very nice but totally clueless about how horrible her staff is. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If you get Dr. Claire she is a great dentist. Sometime ago I started getting her B team. Not so good. The whole office fails to understand insurance coverages.

I love Dr Claire and staff!
Dr Claire and her team make going to the dentist easy! I've never been able to say that till now.
