Extremely unprofessional. Consistently excessively late for appointments, with the worst being 1 hour and 10 minutes. Staff is in the patient room saying they don't know how to use the tools they are about to use during my appointment, leaving me very unsettled and not at all confident in the services I am receiving. Incredibly disappointed time and time again.
