I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dentist. Despite clear issues with two cracked and painful teeth, he dismissed my concerns and insisted my teeth were 'fine,' which was blatantly incorrect. He even went so far as to tell me I wasn’t in pain—something I found incredibly dismissive and unprofessional.When I requested emergency care, he refused to fit me into his schedule, leaving me to wait over a month for treatment. This delay caused unnecessary dental costs and prolonged discomfort. Worse yet, he wouldn't take me seriously until I brought my male partner to the appointment, and even then, he continued to address him rather than me, the actual patient.The lack of empathy, professionalism, and respect I experienced here was astonishing. Not once did he offer an apology for the inconvenience or dismissiveness. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone seeking care that is thorough, compassionate, and patient-focused.

Professional at all times. But it is also a shop that likes to have fun. Craig Duren is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Never had a problem during a procedure or afterwards. I have had root canals, implants, etc. Fair pricing. Would highly recommend.

My family have been clients for 20 years. We have had fillings, crowns, and Invisalign with him.
