Dr. Craig Tischler, DDS

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Tischler for 15 years. He has consistently provided the highest level of care. He and his staff are always warm and welcoming. I've recommended him to multiple colleagues and friends.

Dr. Tischler has been my dentist for 33 years! Why? Very simple - he is not only an outstanding professional but a caring person. I suffer of dentophobia, which makes any dental visit a real ordeal for me; however, Dr. Tischler has worked with me and helped me through each procedure, from a simple cleaning to complex dental work. His calming nature has supported me all these years, and he always explains exactly what each procedure entails. I highly recommend Dr. Tischler to anyone a looking for an exceptional dentist, especially if you’re like me that needs a reassuring and supportive doctor. Thank you Dr. Tischler!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Tischler for 10 years, as well as my mom. Debbie in the office is so pleasant, friendly and very professional. The place is immaculate clean, his assiststants are really good, they are paitient taking the X-rays and Dr. Tischler has been always great. He is very thorough, he takes time explaining if there are any issues and even during a regular cleaning. We are extremely pleased to have him as our dentist. It can be extremely hard to find a good one and we are very happy we did.

Dr. Tischler has been my dentist for twenty-five (25) years +/- From the first visit, I knew he was thorough and precise. I felt and still feel confident that he is more than capable of identifying the problem and the easiest remedy in surprisingly little time. I look forward to continuing and know I'll rest assured.

I have now seen both doctors at cltdentistry for what could have been tough appointments. They both took their time, making sure the procedure was painless talking to me the whole time about music which was a good distraction for me. Follow up appointments easily made before and after I had be at work without a problem. Very nice staff all around.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tischler for over 28 years and my children and grandchildren have all been seen by him. He is a great dentist and very good with children. He is patient, explains what is happening and his plan for you. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I've been a patient of Dr Tischler for many years and have always had good results from his work. I've had several pain free root canals. I'm well past retirement age and still have all my teeth (except for one wisdom tooth which grew in crooked) so I can recommend Dr Tischler without reservation.

I recommend Dr. Tischler without hesitation. I have been his patient for 20 years! He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with the latest research and treatment. He is undoubtedly honest and loves his profession. This office is managed extremely well. I'm usually seen at the time of my appointment and have only had a short wait a couple of times. That's a pretty good track record after 20 years! For those employed with the DOE, he accepts UFT insurance. For those without a car, he is located near an R/M subway stop.

Dr. Tischler finalized the installation of a bridge on the left side of my mouth. Before he put on the bridge, he clearly explained what to expect. He gave me all the pros and cons of this procedure. When I arrived at the office, they immediately took care of me. The nurse was very polite. The instruments were cleaned. The installation of my bridge was easy, just minor pain. He did an excellent job and I will recommend him to anyone in need of a good dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tischler for 17 years. He's always punctual (no wait time) and he takes excellent care of his patients. He did a variety of procedures during the years such as root canal, crown, extraction and dental cleanings. I never had to redo a procedure (fillings, root canal or crown) because he did an excellent job. I highly recommend Dr. Tischler.

Excellent experienced dentist. I followed Dr Tischler’s instructions after my visit and my teeth never felt better. I wish all my doctors took the time to explain after a procedure. Follow up appointments made easily. Especially showed great patience with my kids. Was taken ontime and didn’t feel rushed at the end.

Avoid this dentist. Over charges for everything. One root canal took 4 visits and then the crown he put on fell off in less than 1 month. He maxed out my annual dental insurance coverage of $3,000 just by doing that 1 root canal and 1 crown that fell off within 1 month and then he ask me to pay $650 out of my own pocket to replace. Another time he charged me $190 just to floss my teeth. There is something very shady about his billing. I'm not going to him anymore, especially after this time the crown falling off within 1 month, I'm not overpaying for shoddy work.

It was okay,have been my dentist for a long time. He is very friendly,cannot say the same about his Secretary. He does an okay job. But it looks like that he always tries to find a cavity at the last minute, even though the X-rays do not show one .

Tischler talked me into getting a cap on my FRONT tooth bc it was crooked gave me a song and dance how much better he can make it look -made the tooth a bright white and used dark glue behind it. MY FRONT TOOTH IS RUINED with a dark spot. Tried making up for it with a free whitening that was painful and stripped enamal. Another time, i had an emergency tooth infection and stupidly gave another chance. can't even put into words the pain. i showed up before his office opened-waiting -hoping to be seen straight away. i was crying it was so painful my entire face swollen did not sleep. he made me wait AN HOUR-seriously did not care at all about my pain. after the wait saw me for 5 MINUTES decided he couldnt do anything and sent me to a specilaist !!!.. he even took my ice pack away before i left. NEVER AGAIN will i give him another chance. Also was overbilled and it took a while to get the money back and hes incredibly rude to his staff ...OCD and talks abotu his children way too much!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Tischler for over 16 years. He has performed a variety of work for us ranging from routine cleaning to root canal and posts without any issues or complications. Dr. Tischler is a patient professional who is fabulous with children and entertains with his great sense of humor. Scheduling is very flexible and accommodating. He does not overbook so you are seen on time. The facility is extremely clean and his staff is knowledgeable, courteous and engaging. Although we've moved further away, the great experience every time keeps us coming back. He is simply the best in the business.

Knowledgeable practitioner BUT his egregious billing practices will turn you off. When I requested a refund of my overpayment, his office manager Debbie magically assessed me some $50 fee. Deplorable behavior, she couldn't even keep up with her lies. Save yourself the heartache. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!

I just recently became a patient of Dr. Tischler's and I want to say that his office was extremely clean and up to date. His staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions very professionally. Dr. Tischler explained my options for the procedure I was having and I was quite impressed by his knowledge and compassion towards his patients. I was one that never really like going to the dentist, but Dr. Tischler put my mind at ease and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tischler has been my dentist for the past seven years. This past week my father, a senior citizen, was visiting me from Florida and had a dental emergency. I called Dr. Tischler's office immediately and he immediately made time to fit him into his schedule. He resolved my dad's problem and my father was pleasantly pleased. He wished he had a dentist in Florida as good as Dr. Tischler. Dr. Tischlers staff was very professional and showed that they understood the needs of a senior citizen
