Dr. Daeuk Moon, DMD

I’ve been going to Dr Moon for many years, he is very thorough, he addresses my concerns, and I he takes great care of my teeth. I rate My care as Excellent and highly recommend him.

Dr Moon looked in my mouth and told me I had cavities but didn't tell me how many cavities I had.He told me I needed a deep cleaning before anything else could be done.He more or less dismissed me.. I later on decided to go to another dentist. I called to have my X-rays sent to another dentist and no one had ever had the decency to call me back. This dentist is very unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone.. The staff is not friendly either.Also Dr. Moon was scolding one of his employees as I was sitting in the same room. My daughter works for a dental office herself so she called asking for my X-rays. When she called they answered the phone right away.Maybe because they saw on their caller ID it was a dental office.I have never in all of my years going to dentists have ever been treated so shabby.

Unpleasant experience. No one in office introduced themselves and Dr. Moon used zero cleaning products on my teeth. He roughly scraped them, hitting my gums and told me I would need 4 follow up appointments. Seems like a scam.

Hands are rough and no accuracy.

Very nice staff quick appointment and great service.
