Teeth whitening
Dr. DeLosa went over several options for teeth whitening and helped me find the best choice for me! As always, it was nice to work with her

Disappointed. I like the Dentist and her hygienist but, was charged money for my co-pay of $625.50 for a crown that was not supposed to be collected. I have filed a complaint with UHC for their action and will find another Dentist because of this action.

Can’t say better things
Dr.DeLosa has been excellent every time I’ve been there, I’m always very nervous when I go and she is so kind to me. Her attention to detail and her patience to explain everything to me makes going to get my teeth cleaned and examined much more manageable and not uncomfortable.

She recommended things that I know 100% that I didn’t need. My other dentist never said I needed a crown or anything and she recommended that to me along with some other really strange procedures. She definitely was trying to scam me

This is a fraudulent dentist. They took a copay that they knew we did t have. I called a total of 8 times and had to stop there also. She told both my husband and I that we need some teeth pulled crowns etc on teeth that we are having no problems with. She also did a deep clean on my husband with $895 out of pocket. They then said his cleaning we periodontal maintenance. They said that his cleaning now will have a copay. We have not had a copay in years. Called my insurance company they also said no copay. I called 4 days in a row and finally someone answered. She said they have been busy. I worked I. Healthcare as a nurse for 36 years. I told them you do t deal with difficult situations by ignoring them. I am sure this practice does the same thing to other people. We also turned them in to the Ameritus fraud line.

I had the same experience as another reviewer. Was told I needed an implant for one tooth and a new crown for another. I saw two specialists both who recommended just watching the areas. Also I was "hounded" by her and her staff (even the receptionist) as to how badly I needed those procedures even after the two specialist said I did not. I have no trust in her at all. Worst dentist I have ever been to.

Saw her in December. Worst dental visit of my life. Was told I had decay in many crowns and most needed to be removed. Also that I had an abscess. Was beside myself as I take excellent care of my teeth. Went for two other opinions both redid my x-rays and saw no abscess and no decay. Thank God I didn't listen to her. She should lose her license to practice dentistry. Had me so upset for no reason. No personality either....Happy now with Weeki Wachee Dental Care. Honest Doctor and staff.

She barely talks to patients, doesn't do what in my mind a very good job. I don't like having to go back for mistakes made.

Lowsey Stated I was a perio patient and needed deep cleaning. That's funny as I had just had an exam from my VA dentist with no problems. The hygienist also was rude and asked as to why did I come here if I was seeing another dentist. I have not been back since that last visit.

Recommended removal of all my teeth, very bad advice and very bad decision to listen to her. Probably one of the worst decisions ever made. I am suffering because of it.
