Did 2 root canals but forgot to make impressions. I am left with a mouthful of putty and teeth that don't sync with the lower teeth.

Not recommended at all
I do not recommend this dentist to anyone but especially not if you have any type of dental anxiety whatsoever. This dentist literally broke a metal instrument in my mouth, an instrument he proclaimed was brand new. It took a full week for my jaw to recover from the fillings this dentist gave me because of how rough he was during procedure, I had multiple cuts on my lips and gums. This dentist also touched his phone multiple times with his gloved hands and did not change gloves or wash his hands. The dentist made an insurmountable number of inappropriate comments to myself and his brand new dental assistant (she mentioned it being her very first day) throughout my appointment. Please go anywhere else. I also just received a "final statement" from this office for a bill I paid over a month ago. Clearly this office is not well organized in any aspect.

Dr. Ellis is an okay dentist. He lost my business because staff never returns phone calls. After 5 tries, of trying to reach him, I finally gave up and switched to a different dentist because of his staff never contacting me or answering phone.
