Dr Diaz and staff was very informative and comforting every step of the way on the extraction of my tooth.

Doctor Diaz was great and he explained each step. His team was also great. Highly recommend Dr Diaz and team. No pain except the first numbing needle and that was just a pinch.

From the moment you walk inside the office the staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. That friendliness sets the tone immediately taking the experience from apprehensive nervousness to a calm and professional atmosphere. I was informed in detail about the procedure I was undergoing and all my questions were answered with patience and care. They took great pains in making me comfortable in all the possible ways available to me and even asked what kind of music I’d like to listen to! Honestly if you could describe having to get a tooth pulled as a pleasant experience then that’s what this was. Recovery was exactly as explained with no hidden surprises. I would absolutely recommend this practice with very high praises!!

My consult went smoothly. I expressed my concerns after previous extractions, and I was put at ease as to how it would be addressed. The day of my appointment, I was taken in on time and everything went very well. Both teeth were extracted and I was out in 45 minutes. Dr Diaz and his staff are a great team!

Went in because of fractured molar, and Dr Diaz was able to x-ray, evaluate, recommend, and remove the tooth all within one visit. He took ample time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently, including risks and benefits, allowing me to make the most informed decisions. The procedure was quick and completely painless (he repeatedly checks multiple times throughout), as has been my recovery. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Who knew a dental visit could be such a pleasant experience? Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I had a tooth pulled. First, the staff briefed me on the insurance co-pay, so I knew the cost beforehand. Dr. Diaz pulled the tooth; the procedure went very smoothly. I had no after effects - no pain or swelling at all. I definitely recommend Dr. Diaz.

They made having implant surgery feel more like getting a dental exam. Very relaxing, funny and professional from Cathy to the Drs and assisants. Always ready to answer any questions and a great experience from 1st consultation thru the procedure. Everything was exactly like they said it would be. Dr. Diaz is a super caring about your experience. I really felt like his goal was to make the experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. I was afraid I’d feel pain as Novocain has failed to work on me in the past; he reassured me that I would feel zero pain. He put on music after asking what I listened to. What a personalized experience! I will 100% be coming to him again for my last wisdom tooth removal. He made the absolute best out of my bad situation!

After 10+ years of avoiding this procedure due to irrational and long standing fear of dentistry, I was put at ease by Dr. Diaz immediately during our initial consultation.
