Amazing! Dr. Dan Hiserote was kind, gentle, very professional and explained what he was doing through my root canal procedure. His assistant did the same as well. The front office gal was welcoming and the whole staff did a wonderful job! I was very impressed with the Dr. Dan and how well the procedure went and honestly how smooth it went as well. I would highly recommend him and not hesitate one minute to go here for your dental work! Super impressed! Five Stars! Way to go Northwest Iowa Endodontics!

Dr. Nan is one of the best endodontist I've seen! He truly cares and is a very personable person. I had a severe dental accident and had been working with a different endodontist. He stepped in and it was like he was taking care of me the whole entire time. He knew my file. He knew what I had gone through and he still cared. Both in room assistance that I've experienced have also been very very pleasant. His office staff could use a customer service upgrade though. Sometimes they're short and come off as very rude.

Dr. Hiserote, best Doc I've ever known. 2 back teeth infected 4 yrs. led to my Sepsis, septicemia, septic shock & gram negative bacillus that caused acute kidney injury. Dr. Hiserote was the only Doctor of 4 whom listened verbatim. Riv ridge pre surgery refused to listen that #30 necrotic and # 3 cracked with exposed root, needed pulled. RR refused to pull 3&30. Got Hiserote on phone. His day off.. Yet he firmly gave them facts & would not take any bull from them. God bless U Hiserote! D.Casey
