Dr. Daniel Massie, DMD

I recently had my first visit at Massie Dental and I am happy to report that my visit was wonderful. I dreaded finding a new dental home as my former dentist was retiring. Now? I hate to say that I am happy he did! I had to wait quite a while for my appointment, but it was worth the wait. The majority of my appointment was with Amy. Who I can easily say is the best hygienist I've ever met. She was able to answer all of my questions intelligently and without pause. I also felt like I instantly had a "friend". Not an easy task for a young girl with a man in his sixties. Then I met Doctor Massie. Who is to the point while also being funny. He makes you completely at ease. I am very happy I was told to go to this office and would easily recommend them in the future.

Amy and Dr. Massie are great. But their front desk staff Carol is one of the rudest persons I ever met. Every time I spoke to Carol to check in, check out or schedule an appointment, I felt like being yelled at. I always tried to be nice, but she looked and sounded angry all the time. Carol makes me feel really uncomfortable. For this reason, I decided to stop going to Dr. Massie's office and will not recommend my family or friends to go there.
