Dr. Mulligan and staff are excellent. Dr. Mulligan is a master with the needle when he numbs my mouth, never, ever have I felt him preparing me for the work that needs to be done. I am also happy with my cleanings there, Kathy his hygienist has been there for a long time and she takes very good care of my oral health. I work at the RVA jail and my time is valuable as Im on call alot. It is nice to never have to wait to be seen. I would highly recommend to anyone searching for a new dentist.
