Dr. Daniel Pulsipher, DDS

When I asked for Dr Pulsifer to call me regarding some work that needed to be done over quickly because of infection he would not call or communicate. I have left several messages and emailed him. Nothing. I can only assume he does not care about the problem with the infected root canal or about me.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Pulsipher, I had new dental insurance and needed to have my teeth cleaned. The Dr.'s office called my insurance and then told me exactly the amount I would owe after the cleaning. I then paid the bill when I checked out at the counter right after my visit. The next month I got another bill for $86.00 asking to pay more money! Ridiculous, they intentionally said they accepted the insurance to continue to get my business then they charged, me more money! They figured I would just have to pay. They said it was the fault of the insurance. BUT THEY CHECKED WITH THE INSURANCE, RIGHT? They deal with these companies all the time. THEY ARE DISHONEST. I called, emailed, got hung up on by the office staff, (by the way Crystal, the office manager is just plain rude), and I was told to come into into office and talk to doctor. BECAUSE, it was beneath the doctor to actually talk to me on the phone. Dr. Pulsipher's arrogance, is unbelievable. Stay away, from him!

Outstanding dentist and staff. As a retired dentist I believe I am in a strong position to make a qualified assessment.

This is the best office I've been to. The doctor and staff are so friendly and personable, and there is never a wait. I've never sat more than two minutes in the office, even when arriving a few minutes early! Thanks, Dr. Daniel!

Horrible dentist. He should seek another profession.
