I love my smile

Dr. Rivera is extremely meticulous. I switched dentists 6 years ago. My previous dentist mismatched my front tooth and it was yellow. Dr. Rivera redid my front crown and made sure he matched the color to the rest of my teeth. I always get compliments on my smile and will forever be grateful to him. Dr. Rivera takes his job serious, it’s not a job, it’s his passion and calling. He is sensitive to his patients needs and concerns. Switching to him was the best decision, I’ve made.

My heart is broken. My smile is crooked on one side and bulging. Dr. Rivera sent his lab technician in to look at how he incorrectly made the bridge. I've asked to have this remedied as it has changed my life (I was so well known for my smile) and now I hide my smile as it is visibly crooked since seeing Dr. Rivera. Dr. Rivera would not work with me to remedy but said "you should feel lucky to have teeth". Clearly his words are a confession to the customer as to who is important, it is himself. It is he that should "feel lucky" to have teeth, to work on. I have been a patient of Dr. Olivera's for 15 years with no problems, now Dr. Rivera has taken over the practice and this girl is heartbroken over this crooked/bulbous smile.
