Everyone in this office is so welcoming and kind. I had to have my infant’s lip/tongue tie fixed and they made us feel so comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend.

They were good with my daughter with interactions but horrible business practice. When my daughters crown broke, they wouldn’t schedule to fix it or even look at it for a month. She can’t hardly eat or drink but they didn’t care. How can you make a child wait for an emergency for a month. We went back to the dentist that referred us to Cuadra and they were appalled. They won’t be referring any new patients. They are sending us to another specialist in Tiffin that is seeing her first thing in the morning.

My kids are the worst when it comes to dental visits - I mean I love them, but they just seem to act out whenever we go to the dentist! Dr cuadra won them over today with her grace and charm. She sang Disney songs(daughter loved btw) and has cute “names” for the tools she uses. All I can say is we are NEVER going to our prior dentist again. We’ve found our home.
