I would leave the stars blank, meaning HORRIBLE vs. poor as a rating. This is very, very unsettling. They removed my daughter's braces too soon and said they'd give her a retainer. I've been to both Clinton and Waldorf, Maryland offices. He just closed his office without telling his patients. We've paid him and now my daughter's teeth are shifting and we my have to go through getting braces all over again. Totally disappointed :(

I would have given a higher rating but the office was closed with no notice to patients. My daughter was due to get braces off soon and now I'm stuck with trying to figure out what to do. You have been paid by the insurance company and myself in full since 2016. I called the number you all left and I left messages to no avail. Called back today and the voice mail is full. I even called and left a message in his Cascade, GA office. I guess I'll join the rest and go to the news.

My son had a scheduled appointment on May 25, 2017 at the Clinton location.I arrived at the office to find a note on the door stating the office had been permanently closed as of May 1, 2017 and we would receive our records.I did not receive a letter or call stating that the office was closing prior to the appointment.I called the office in Waldorf closed also.I left a message on the voicemail and have not recieved a call to date.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Darrell Clark office he close the Clinton office without notifying his patients. I was do to get my braces off today no one is answering the phones and no return calls. I have paid them in full. I guess I will have to report them to the news. I also went to the old office and several patients were outside taking pictures of this location. I will not refer them to no one.

I went to Dr Clark about 18 months ago for braces. My last appointment in March 2017, I was told I had about 6 more months in braces. I called last week to confirm my next appointment and heard voice recording that the office is closed indefinitely. No phone call or no notice at all. I have paid over $4,000 for my braces now I have to pay another ortho to finish treatment. This is terrible business practice. Still waiting for someone to contact me.
