Have been going to Dr Crosbie and staff for 20 years. They are the best. From front office to dental cleaning and other work. Great people.

Careless and irresponsible
I could write an essay on how Dr. Crosbie’s irresponsible practices have left me permanently traumatized, both physically and psychologically. Dr. Crosbie extracted and placed an implant on one of my front teeth, without the due diligence of a CT scan, in late 2019. When it came time to uncover the implant, my gum line receded immediately, leaving at least a 7 mm discrepancy between the gum lengths of my 2 front teeth. Upon this reveal, Dr. Crosbie effectively shrugged his shoulders and told me that “this happens sometimes.“ I gathered multiple second opinions from actual professionals, and the consensus was that the implant was inaccurately angled, and far too large for its placement zone. Dr. Crosbie checked up on me 0 times after seeing what happened. AI am now facing a painful implant extraction process, multiple sessions of gum and bone grafting, and another implant procedure just to attempt to correct his shoddy job. My smile will never be the same.

At a routine cleaning in 2/20 Dr Crosbie said I would permanently damage my teeth if I didn't undergo 15 weeks/15 trays of aligners. After 15 mos and 54 aligners later, with almost no personal care by him, my bite was severely malformed so I saw an orthodontist and oral surgeon & now require surgery to split my palate, insert an expander followed by 24 mos of braces costing over $10,000 to correct the damage caused by him. The orthodontist informed me I was never a candidate for aligners. I sent a certified letter requesting that he see me to assess & correct my problem. No response! I asked for a refund of the money that I had paid him and he responded with an offer of a lesser amount provided that I sign a release not to post negative comments on social media. I declined.

Terribly disappointing experience. Dr Crosbie cannot be bothered to interact with his patients and leaves everything to his techs. This office has sincerely gone down hill since he took over. I told him I have pain in my molars that I asked him to look at, he quickly reviewed images and didn’t bother to share results with me. I had to ask the hygienist who found out in passing from dr crosbie that I was “all good”. I got a second opinion and needed 2 root canals. If he had spent any time tending to me, it would of been helpful.

Dr Crosbie has been my dentist for the last 15 years and he or his staff never disappoint - they will come in 30 / 45 mins early in am to meet my schedule if I have to travel...what Dr / dentist don you know who will do that! they are also on time - never wait longer than 3 / 5 mins and that's usually only because I'm early.
