Dr. Austin is excellent at what he does. I have TMJ and acid reflux, he told me that was common with sleep apnea. With his encouragement I had a sleep test done and I do have sleep apnea. Not because I am overweight but because it is hormone related (menopause). I feel Dr. Austin saved my life!!!!

Dr. Austin is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He has explained the “why’s” that no other doctor could or would. The whole office staff is fantastic!

I have suffered from chronic pain for many years. Dr. Austin was the first physician to take the time to listen, answer all my questions and explain treatment options. I loved the treatment and his holistic approach. His front desk staff was very helpful with scheduling and answering insurance questions. I think some of the people who have reviewed him were just hunting for pills.

Before seeing Dr Austin I had chronic migraines and jaw pain, sometimes my jaw would pop out of place and I could not open my mouth very wide. It hurt a lot to chew. Thanks to him, my migraines are now gone! And my jaw is doing much better. Dr. Austin has a great bed side manner and takes the time to listen to each patient. I like that he encourages stretching and lifestyle changes opposed to just prescribing pills.

Morally reprehensible office practices coupled with expensive, sub-par care. A visit to this office left me still writhing in pain, misdiagnosed, and blindsided with outrageous debt. This practitioner is nothing more than a well-read homeopath out to squeeze you for every last dime. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this office.

Thank you for finding and solving pains I had no idea could be helped. Thank you for correcting my daughters life time lisp when told nothing can be done. Also her headaches labeled "migraines" and saving her from a life of medicine.

Although he does go into detail about "what is wrong with you" it is very overwhelming and tells you information that you may not under stand or information that is not related to your "condition". He told me I have arthritis which I got a second opinion and no sign of arthritis. I talked to someone in the office and told her I did not want to further treatment at the time and was rude. My doctor was supposed to recieve X-rays and never did. She told me to tell my doctor to "look harder". rude.

His staff is very friendly - and they are conversational. They told me, individually, that none of them have medical training. The head nurse has an english degree, and the others had previous job experience at places like Starbucks. Most of your appointments are actually with the nurses - not the Dr. So, you are paying something like $300 a visit to see a coffee shop barista. His therapy plans are, in fact, just stretches. $300 to stretch with a barista. My other Dr's laughed at his treatment.

I am very pleased with my visits to Dr. Austin. I was referred to Dr. Austin due to pain in the root canals that were done several years ago. I met with Dr. Austin, he explained what he did and the office visits etc. The procedures in his office, exercises I am to do at home etc. had taken the pain away. I go back to him for adjustments to my appliance. Staff is great! Scheduling an appointment is easy. The only thing I don't like is the drive from the far southeast side to his office.
