Dr. David Bradley, DDS

Myself and my wife went there multiple times paid over $35k mostly in $$$$$ and after only 4 seasons we were fired feom this Dentist . He sent us my wifes replacement teeth in a box and said goodluck. We live in NJ and we were flying back and forth on the weekend's when he's schedule allowed all this during covid-19. He's stop returning our calls and said if we wanted to continue with him it would cost more $$$$$ then he quoted. Stay as far away from this ahole as possible.

Dr Bradley gets it right the first time and I never have had any issues needing follow up like I did with previous Dentist - he's one pf the best I've ever had

Had a lot of work done. A lot of upselling and convincing the new crowns won’t match other teeth. Upselling. Just didn’t feel the work was thorough. And felt like if I didn’t give in then the red carpet was not rolled out. Had a guarantee on the work but it’s only if you continue to get all your check ups and frankly didn’t like the way the practice was run. Did not like the hygienist. Sold that one. Bought a new one. Same vibe. Upselling more work. Just looking for an honest dentist. And looking for my teeth to look right and feel good. Honesty is tough to find. A good dentist in business for years should also be conservative and not be looking to crown every tooth. Sad to read all these reviews after the fact.

I was recommend to se Dr. Serra out of Bradley's Novi office. I had 2 root canals by Bradley and found through an xray from a different dentist that only 1 was done. Still charged for 2, no refund. Then Dr. Serra promises with his proven techniques from LVI that I would be eating and functioning in 2 months. 8 months later, I am much worse and when I brought that to the offices attention, my next appointment waa cancelled and a "box of teeth" waa sent to my house with a letter saying he would cement in (the ill fitting crowns that we sis not even discuss) and no refund as he had fulfilled his duties. I had an emergency visit to another dentist who found that I now needed 4 root canals and had apossible jaw fracture due to these LVI proven techiques with fixed orthotics. Totally inappropriate for my case. He presented as this super nice guy, but when you ask for proper work or rectification, you are gaslighted, then ignored, then dismissed. I regret stepping into this office.

Bradley has acquired the general dentistry from Dr Serra at Dental Care Novi. I was driving 80 miles to Dr Serra, he is a great person and dentist. Can’t say the same for Bradley. My first appt. w/Bradley was to be a cleaning & check ONE sensitive tooth. He said I need 3 crowns. I should have run then for a 2nd opinion. Read reviews of him after. Said he was like a “used car salesman”. Was told crowns weren’t warrented if I didn’t continue w/reg visits to him. Plan rep said 2 yrs. regardless.

Dr. Bradley was the only dentist that could give shots without hurting me. we had a problem about my payment plan and now he won't see me anymore I paid my bill and still he won't see me. All my crowns are loose and some of them fell out. I need him to fix them, i won't go to another dentist he's the only one i will let fix my teeth. So now i guess i will just let my teeth fall out.

Dr. Bradley is a pervert who sexually harasses his employees. His business is run like a cult with all kinds of strange, controlling rules that infringe upon the rights of his employees. He is dishonest and does shoddy work, crowns made in China to lower his costs. His employees are forced to attend mandatory, unpaid weekend seminars throughout the year to learn about sales tactics to grow the already enormous monetary "goal" that he has the entire office go over every morning and every night.

Thank you Dr. Bradley for your years of service. I can truly say I have a brighter smile because of you.

referred to me.. seemed ok at first. But no, bad fitting, bad design, would not go back. Another dentist is re-doing his work.. and he cannot believe how poorly the partial was made.

Allt he staff have been kind and knowledgable. Dr. Bradley is direct and to the point and has my best health interests in mind! Great work. I would send my family there!

Do not trust these people!! They will Rob you bind and Dr. Bradley doesn't know how to properly insert caps. He make them way to big like they're not even for your mouth. Him and his staff are very unethical!
