Unpleasant Cleaning
This review is regarding the hygienist I saw today. He was extremely condescending and rude. I realize I need to do a better job flossing, but air was honest about it. Not 5 minutes into the cleaning, he was pointing out every instance of plaque, criticizing the toothbrush I use (Oral B) and my brushing technique. I’m assuming he was going to try to sell me on “their” electric toothbrush? Is it the new normal to be completely disrespectful to patients now? I finally threatened to leave if he didn’t stop it. The rest of the cleaning was completed in silence. I have never been treated so badly by a hygienist in my 48 years of life. I also have dental anxiety and after this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning and will be finding a new dental practice.

The most caring dentists I have ever met. Very gentle, patient, and great with my children. The quality of service he provides is fenomenal and his staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This office has gone above and beyond for my family and I am extremely grateful to have such a great dentist in our area. He has a 24hr answering service and is always available for emergency’s. Highly recommend Dr. David Canty and his staff.
