Dr. David Che, DDS

My insurance company dropped Dr Che's practice as a Network provider. They did not inform me before my nest appointment. Full payment was demanded by Che at the time of service, with the promise they would file insurance. Insurance paid out of network, about 30% of the charges. Terrible customer relations, not informing me of the change. Never going back.

Please don't expect him to be there for you in an emergency. After calling for two days on a holiday weekend, and no response, I had to go to the emergency room for antibiotics and draining of an abscessed tooth. Nope, lost my business!

My experience at Dr. Che’s office was top notch. He squeezed me into his schedule when I broke a tooth and was so gentle while working on me. I am a coward when it comes to the injection of local anesthesia in my mouth, and I barely felt anything. The entire procedure was painless. He spent time explaining everything, never rushed me, and his dental work was flawless. His staff was competent and attentive, and I am so glad that my former dentist screwed up my appointment so that I could find Dr. Che!

Kind doctor and staff. Relaxing, spacious waiting room. Been a patient for 5+ years, and have always had positive experiences. Dr. Che is an excellent choice.

I would have given him a rating of 5 because his office staff is great and I think his dental work is competent, but he didn't use a mask when he came to make some adjustments to the work his dental assistant had done. He did a lot of talking to his dental assistant leaning over me with no mask!
